The lead single from the album Take a Look in the Mirror. Recorded at Jonathan Davis's home studio, Los Angeles, California, USA, 2003. Produced by Jonathan Davis and Korn. Engineered by Frank Filipetti, Jim "Bud" Monti and Tim Harkins . Shaffer wrote the main riff, a demo from left over from 2002’s Untouchables, the previous album. It was used in the movie Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, starring Angelina Jolie. For legal reasons, the song could not appear on the soundtrack for the movie, although it did play on the closing credits. - Larry - |

Jonathan Davis -"It's basically about things in my life that keep going on. When am I finally getting a break? I've paid my dues and I've done my time. All the s--t going on in my life, and when is something good going to happen. That's basically just the song."" Jonathan Davis - YouTube video"It's the first track we finished off for our new record and people from Paramount came over and said - hey, man we love that track. We want to put it in our new movie and everything happened at the right time, so, we were glad to give it to ém. It helps us, it helps them. The track is extra fast, so were excited about doin' this." |
